We invite you to join the REALTOR® Association of Central Indiana Economic Development Committee for our upcoming Coffee & Conversation in Miami County.

As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships throughout the communities we serve, we are hosting a series of Coffee & Conversation gatherings with key community leaders across our seven-county region.

The goal is to create a relaxed setting where members can connect with local leaders, learn more about opportunities and challenges within our communities, ask questions, and build stronger partnerships that support housing, economic development, and the real estate industry.

For this conversation, we are pleased to welcome:

• Mayor Don Sturch, City of Peru
• Jim Tidd, Executive Director, Miami County Economic Development Authority (MCEDA)

While the atmosphere is casual, the discussion will be structured and interactive. To ensure a meaningful conversation for everyone, we ask that attendees plan to stay for the entire meeting.

Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a potential tour of the former FFBT building, located at 2 N. Broadway, beginning at approximately 11:10 AM. This optional tour will provide additional insight into an exciting local redevelopment project.
